Acid Alkaline Food Chart

An acid alkaline food chart is a handy thing to have if you are concerned about eating alkaline foods that will support your health, and staying away from acidic foods that support disease in the body.

Science supports that the blood and fluids in the body should be slightly alkaline and have a pH of 7.365 – 7.4 to support healthy living.

An acidic body makes it difficult to get proper amounts of oxygen into the the body which results in a lack of energy and poorly functioning organs.

Eat a majority of alkaline foods to make sure your body’s fluids maintain a pH level of 7.4. Nature supplies an abundance of alkaline foods and the acid alkaline food chart shows its wide variety.

To support healthy living and fight disease in the body eat a diet the consists mostly of alkaline foods and minimize the acidic foods you eat.

Processed Foods Complicate Matters

Processed foods changes the nutrient makeup of the natural foods it was made from. Some foods like corn are genetically modified and research shows it causes cancer and tumors.

Wheat is also heavily genetically modified which seems to fuel the gluten problems many people have.

Processing of grains removes its fiber and nutrients, and add chemicals that are harmful to the body.

Factory farmed meat and dairy introduces antibiotics, growth hormones, excessive fat, and toxins into meat through its process.
